Clean green pasta!!
Tastes delicious and is a great alternative to your standard oily pesto pasta - which is one of my weaknesses ;)
Konjac pasta (made from a vegetable originating from Japan, china & Indonesia - very low in calorie, gluten, sugar and sodium free)
Handful of spinach
Handful of fresh basil
Pine nuts to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
-Let the pasta sit in hot water (off the stove) until you’re ready to serve.
-in a blender/bar mix mix in the avocado, basil, chopped tomato, spinach, oil & pine nuts until a thick and creamy consistency
-heat this mixture on the stove for a minute or so until hot
-mix in pasta with sauce
-garnish with basil & pine nuts!
Deeeeelish & very good for you - another way to get more veggies into your body!!!!**you can add chicken into the pasta if you’re not vegan, I did for a bit of protein and extra flavour**
